1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Blanched platform ("Platform"). By using the Platform, users, whether job seekers ("Candidates") or businesses ("Restaurants"), fully and unconditionally accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Purpose of the Platform

The Blanched Platform facilitates hiring in the hospitality and restaurant sector by connecting Restaurants with Candidates efficiently. Restaurants provide job criteria, and our system recommends suitable Candidates based on the provided data.

3. Use of the Platform

3.1. Registration

Users must create an account, ensuring that all provided information is accurate and up to date.

3.2. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining account security. Blanched is not liable for unauthorized access.

3.3. Content and Intellectual Property

Users must ensure any uploaded content does not infringe on third-party rights. All Platform content is owned by Blanched or its licensors.

4. Conditions for Candidates

4.1. Resume Information Processing

Candidate resumes are stored securely and processed using advanced technology to optimize the recruitment process.

4.2. Expression of Interest

Candidates can express interest in job postings to accelerate hiring.

4.3. Data Protection

Candidate data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

5. Conditions for Restaurants

5.1. Hiring Requests

Restaurants must submit hiring requests with job details, and Blanched will recommend suitable Candidates.

5.2. Communication with Candidates

Restaurants must ensure all communications comply with legal requirements.

5.3. Subscription Packages

Subscription plans allow restaurants to submit hiring requests within a 12-month period.

5.4. Payments and Refunds

Fees must be paid in advance. No refunds will be issued.

6. Responsibilities and Warranties

• Blanched does not guarantee successful hiring.
• Blanched does not conduct background checks; this is the responsibility of Restaurants.
• Blanched is not liable for recruitment-related disputes.

7. GDPR Compliance

Blanched fully complies with the GDPR. Users have rights to access, modify, and delete their data.

8. Misuse of the Platform

Accounts involved in discrimination, fraud, or abuse will be suspended.

9. Changes to Terms

Blanched reserves the right to update these Terms without prior notice.

10. Termination

Blanched may terminate user access if Terms are violated.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Portuguese and EU law. Any disputes will be resolved in Portuguese courts.
